Reservation & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Window
All reservations are fully refundable minus credit card processing fees if canceled within the first 24 hours of booking.
2. Cancellations After 24 Hours
Cancellations made after the 24-hour window may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit toward a future stay only if the original reservation dates are rebooked by another guest.
3. Refund Amount
If the dates are successfully rebooked, the refund amount will be based on the new booking rate and may be less than the original reservation total. Any transaction or processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. The cancellation policy will be upheld under all circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, weather events, or personal emergencies.
